Welcome to Righteous Rugs LLC. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Product Disclaimer

All doormats are hand-painted, and no two will be exactly the same. Small variations are natural and part of the handmade process.

2. Order Processing

Production time is 1–2 weeks. Shipping takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Custom orders may take longer.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely at checkout via Shopify’s platform. We do not store or access your card details.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. We begin prepping your design immediately to ensure a fast turnaround.

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only issued if there was an error on our end (wrong item, spelling error, etc.).

All items are made to order and not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on our site belong to Righteous Rugs LLC. Please do not copy or reproduce them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Use doormats as intended and follow care instructions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Colorado.
