Welcome to Righteous Rugs LLC. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Product Disclaimer

All doormats are hand-painted, and no two will be exactly the same. Small variations are natural and part of the handmade process.

2. Order Processing

  • Doormats: Production time is 1–2 weeks. Shipping takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Hand-Tufted Rugs: For our handcrafted, hand-tufted rugs, including the Revelation 1:14–15 Christ Depiction Circular Rug, processing and fulfillment can take up to 6 months.
    • Due to the handmade nature, weather conditions, drying time, and the realities of operating as a family-owned business, this window allows us to ensure quality and care with every piece.
    • Each rug is made by hand by a two-person team. Slight differences may occur, and color variations may appear depending on screen/device display.
    • By purchasing this rug, you acknowledge and agree to the extended fulfillment timeline and terms.

 

 

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely at checkout via Shopify’s platform. We do not store or access your card details.

4. Cancellations

 

 

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. We begin prepping your design immediately to ensure a fast turnaround.

 

 

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only issued if there was an error on our end (wrong item, spelling error, etc.).

All items are made to order and not eligible for return.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on our site belong to Righteous Rugs LLC. Please do not copy or reproduce them without permission.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Use doormats and rugs as intended and follow care instructions.

 

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Colorado.
